By purchasing from And and Belle Pty Ltd the purchaser agrees to the following terms and conditions of sale.
Upon Receipt of Items: All items are sent in perfect condition and we take every care to pack your parcel to prevent any damage. All parcels are sent via Registered Post. If your items, for any reason, arrive damaged, please contact us. IF YOU SUSPECT YOUR PARCEL TO BE DAMAGED WHILST PICKING IT UP FROM AUSTRALIA POST, OPEN IT AT THE COUNTER AND INSPECT YOUR ITEMS IN FRONT OF THE AUSTRALIA POST WORKER. YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO DO THIS. All returns are sent at the customer's expense.
Incorrect Quantities or wrong items: Please contact us upon receipt of your items if you have received an incorrect quantity or the wrong items. If you do not contact us within 7 days of RECEIPT of your items then we will assume that your order is fine.
Refunds: A refund will be provided under the following circumstances: Under the Trade Practices Act 1974 and state fair trading legislation, your return policy must allow a refund to a buyer if the consumer goods you sold (other than by auction):
* are or become defective through no fault of the buyer;
* are not for the purpose you stated or the purpose the buyer made known to you;
* don’t match your description or sample; or
* have defects that were not obvious or that you did not bring to the buyer's attention.
You will not receive a refund if you change your mind or purchase the wrong size, colour, etc. Occasionally packaging, such as cardboard inserts on rub ons for example, need to be folded. If you would prefer this not to happen please send a message and you will be charged the parcel rate.
Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt of items. Buyer pays the cost to return the items.
Adressing: If it is found that that a purchase has been incorrectly addressed by Andy & Belle, then we will bear the responsibility to refund, resend or replace the item. However if it is found that a customer has given the incorrect address, then we will not refund or replace the items and the customer accepts all responsibility to have the item correctly re-addressed.
Bank Account Information: Andy & Belle provides a bank account to enable the receipt of payment via direct deposit. If a customer enters in the incorrect details, items will not be dispatched or will not be dispatched until payment details have been rectified by the customer and payment has been received.
Cancellation of Order: Andy & Belle reserve the right to cancel orders if we believe them to be fraudulent.
Items that require ordering in: We have stipulated that it may take 12 days for these items to arrive to you. These items will be ordered asap and we will be in constant contact in regards to your order. If your item does not arrive, we will refund you for that item. Yes, you pay up front for the items as this is how our store is setup as we do not take credit card details. Also, these items are eligible for any discounts that may apply across the whole store even though they need to be ordered in. We understand that this is entirely based on trust but we are not interested in ripping people off. If you pay with Paypal, there is a certain buyer protection and it makes it easier to refund if the item/s does not arrive. PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL ITEMS ARE SENT REGISTERED. BASIC EXPRESS POST IS NOT USED HOWEVER IF YOU WOULD LIKE YOUR ITEMS SENT EXPRESS, PLATINUM EXPRESS POST CAN BE UTILISED HOWEVER USING THIS FACILITY WILL BE AT FULL COST TO YOU AND DOES NOT COME UNDER THE $8.50 SPECIAL POSTAGE RATE OR THE OTHER SET RATES STIPULATED IN THE DELIVERY INFORMATION.
